John Anacleto

Hello, everyone from Class of 1974. I apologize for not showing up at the graduation ceremony. Why? I don't even know why I didn't,,, Well I know all of you had a great time anyway... I am still here, so that is some consolation... I stumbled on Grant Davis' site by accident, good thing, it is bringing back some good memories... For now, I did graduate, then joined the Navy soon after. I came back a year later, to old Gilroy High School, to pick up my diploma. One of the administrators, I forget her name, recognized me as I walked in. She said, "It's about time you came by and picked this up." my diploma. She pulled it off one the the file cabinets. She blew off the dust from the diploma and handed it to me, she smiled and I turned around and left. I have been married for 12 years, then divorced, its the pits. I mean the divorce. No kids, but I will probably regret that decision, not having any. I come to the conclusion married life is not my cup of tea. Until, I meet the next, Mrs Anacleto, haahhahahhahaah,,,,, Currently I am work at the Hitachi Plant in San Jose. I maintain the Plant electrical distribution system at the site. Personal activities are minimal, it seems work takes up alot of time, funny how that is. I still try to keep active but it is a pain, at times. Old age is getting to be a real drag at times...hahaahhahah. I will have to pay my respects to some our old class mates and their families, that I know of that have passed away: Alan Boos, David Chaigres, Chris Bolton, Fernie Sanchez, Spencer Harrison, Toni McDuff. I knew Alan, I competed with him on the track team with Leonard Hernandez and Fernie Sanchez in the Pole Vault. I hung out with David Chaigres during lunch period. He worked at Bob Lynch Ford for a time. I knew Chris Bolton also, but CRS is getting the best of me right now, darn it. He was a quiet guy from what I remember. Fernie Sanchez played football and track. He always seemed to have an opinion on everything.. Spencer Harrison, I knew during 6, 7, 8 & 9th grade. We fell into our groups and did not talk much in the later years. Toni McDuff, I had a art class with her and I was just speechless around her, A gorgeous young lady is what I remember of her. These buds past before graduating: Rudy Suarez, Alan Reyes, Danny Hogue, May their souls find enternal peace in the life-after. Well, this is enuf for now,,, Maybe next time I will post some pictures of how I gradually changed through the years,,, Disclaimer, I was never the writer, like some of u_zzzz. So I hope you can understand my train of thought!!! Any typos or remarks that people find "offensive" are just that! But are not intended to be. Catcha later, gang.... John "Ghengisjohn" Anacleto
